All orders are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product listed on office@artificeonline.com.

There may be a territorial restriction on our ability to sell or deliver to you. For delivery outside the UK and Europe, please enquire by emailing office@artificeonline.com.

In the event that we discover products are unavailable after an order has been placed, Artifice Press will contact you by email, giving you the option to modify or cancel your order.

Available items will be charged immediately and are usually delivered within 14 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@artificeonline.com with your name and order number.

If you have ordered a book in advance of its publication date, it will be charged immediately and shipped on the date listed on office@artificeonline.com.
